I am a professional facilitator with a wide range of skills and tools, including problem-solving, decision-making, team management and communication. During the course of my career, I have facilitated in many scenarios including panel discussions, team workshops, executive management meetings, and organisational change management dialogues; guiding participants through the process of finding their own solutions and achieving their desired goals.

My approach to facilitation is outcome and results-based: encouraging groups to collaborate as they explore a topic or issue, think creatively, ask vital questions, articulate their key ideas and make high-quality decisions and ultimately, to function effectively.
